At Abilene Artificial Limb & Brace Ltd., we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your needs, we are here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused).
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as opened diabetic socks or used bathroom safety equipment) may not be eligible for return if the seal is broken.
3. How to Start a Return

Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
  • Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Customer Preference: For all other returns (e.g., changed your mind, wrong size ordered), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
6. Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
